Tracy took her first real estate class in 1999 and became a licensed real estate agent that same year. She has earned numerous awards such as Top Agent, Presidential Club, & Gage County's Favorite Agent, just to name a few.

Tracy is an excellent agent and has built her career mostly by word-of-mouth referrals. Her clients love her and most have become good friends over the years. Tracy has had many opportunities to work through several generations with her clients.......Mom & dad loved her so they have their kids use her,  and when it's time for grandma & grandpa to downsize, yep, Tracy helps them too.
